Citi is driving me CRAZY!!!

What on earth is going on over there? I've had a request for assistance in with them for weeks, but it is on hold pending whatever NACA is able to do with BofA. I have been "at the point of submission" with NACA for over a month now, but nothing has been submitted yet. I am scared to gripe to the NACA person that calls me because I feel so lucky to even have them on the phone, given how impossible it is to get through to anyone over there.

At any rate, Citi has adopted ***'s strategy of "Call, Call, Call" except it's me they're calling to find out why I haven't sent in my payment since this morning when I last explained to them why I couldn't send in my payment today (or any other day). Yesterday they called me 5 times before noon. I am loosing my mind.

Anybody else have a similar experience? What do I have to do to get some peace (I already sent in a letter demanding that all contact be in writing - so far they have ignored me).

UUUUUUUUUGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!! !!!!!!

Hi underwater people,

Once your loan is in the submission the calls should hopefully start to slow down.. NACA is very busy as well as they are assisting so many homeowners, but they are good and I'm sure you will get submitted soon.
