As of today there has not been a sale date established....My funds are starting to grow very thin in that I have been out of work for a while....Now I am faced with the dilemma of NOT being able to pay my $240/mo HOA FEES. If I stop paying these fees, will I end in court sometime in the future having to pay them PLUS penalties....I dont know what to do. Thanks to anyone who can offer any kind of guidance. PS I live In CA. |
