Exec Res Team-Do Nonsecured Login for Workable Solutions, how to?

Well I was officially denied the Obama plan today after waiting for my value to come in finally; that was not the problem though. Now I need to apply for the hardship, or workable solutions. I am working with a rep from the Loansafe Exec Team. Much more informative and helpful. But he asked me to send him information, which I'm ready to do, along with the application for hardship. He said there were two ways to login to fill out the application, secured, and non-secured. He said chose non-secured so it didn't submit my application online. I only see a secured login. Can I do this and print it filled out before submitting by going secured? Or perhaps I can ask someone at say the loss mit dept, to fax me the application, with me stating I have no computer access? I want to get this going, it seems pretty disappointing that I was denied. How can paying 2500 for a house pmt per month, bringing home 2900, not be allowable? But its not. So if you can send me a link to apply for the non-secured workable solutions or hardship, I'd appreciate it. Or help me figure out how to get the app without it "sending" since I want to send it directly with my paperwork to my loansafe exec team member. Thanks.

Re: Exec Res Team-Do Nonsecured Login for Workable Solutions, how to?

Cannot edit, so want to add something. The workable solutions, or regular mod I guess, requires 3 month trial payments. OK, but if you do not qualify at the end of the 3 month period, you MUST make up the difference from the trial payment and your regular payment, so you must save every cent you can to try and make this work, in case you fail. My question is, should I also approach NACA and start working with them, in case this other plan fails after 3-4 months down the road. See, I'm told I need to basically break even or be positive in my debt ratio to income. So thus, I am getting a renter in for 800/month. Great huh? Not really, if I don't qualify. So for those working with both these programs, what do you suggest? I am not allowed the Obama home mod at 31%, although the reasoning is unclear exactly. Can one be applying for both programs at the same time? They all take months. I have to borrow to make the payment now and because of a earlier thread I created, I am 30 days behind due to making a trial payment while being told I did qualify for the Obama 31% - well that was untrue so I had to make up the difference from the trial payment to my regular payment; but I had to wait until July 1 paycheck (once a month) to make up for June). Anyway, even if I can borrow to stay 30 days behind, I am unclear how to keep going. It seems maybe trying both programs, one will work out; or will NACA not accept me knowing I'm working with the hardship, yet regular mod plan? Any advice of those who might of done of the same will help. I am worried that after 3 months of trial payments on the non-Obama plan, will yield me an non-accepted modification because my income will also decrease in October. What to do?
