Loan Mod done in Feb - Loan Modification Forum

We got a great loan Mod. in Feb. and Citi did a great job. We cannot make the June payment and I was wondering if they ever work out something in this case. Our future is good, I just had a low income month and after 2008; we burned up our 401k's and college funds, so no reserves. I have never had a 30 day late. They are saying they can't do anything??

Pon off something real fast, or ask Mall and Pap for a LOAN SEEMS TO BE THE ONLY WAY AT THIS POINT, OR A NEW CAN OF WORMS MAY BE OPENED

But like the Poster said Citi says no help they most likly mean it, only way left is to dig up the dough.

Thanks for the reply. Do you think I could get them not to report the 30 day and make 2 payments in July?

I would likly take a guess that as long as you called them explained your issue and promise a July payment and AUG will be normal, and make back payments they should take the deal, BUT I am sure there would be late charges like any other type of loan
