Okay, here we go! CITI did it for us

! We were 3 months behind on our payment to begin with because of medical stuff. Cindy at CITI worked it out and we were at 8.45% fixed for 333 more payments at a whopping $4175.00 payment per month. I think you remember me telling you this 3 months ago. Here is what they did for us?

Interest is fixed at? Ready..... 4.73% FIXED for 333 payment (life of the loan)

New monthly payment? Ready...... $3023.00 per month ($1,152.00 monthly savings)

NO PENALTIES!!! NO UPFRONT FEES!!! ALL LATE FEES WAIVED!!!

BEST OF ALL / NO PAYMENT FOR TWO MONTHS AND NO, ABSOLUTELY NO INTEREST ATTACHED. Made our first payment on June 17, 2009.

We are thrilled.... Additionally, CITI is going to help us get our credit rating showing all payments in past made on time

How about that! That's TRUE success, and a huge blessing. YEAH, we will not be losing our home as we can absolutely cope with the new payment each month. We are back on track. Thank you again for all your help.

A big CONGRATS to you!!!! WOW that is fantastic!!! Did you get the HAM 31% of gross pay payment? Did you have a change in income or was it just your accumulated medical bills that you fell behind? Did you receive your loan doc's yet? I am just curious to what they will offer us, we are still waiting for final approval. WOW your new lower payment is for the life of the plan! I know the Obama is just a set payment for the first 5 years. Thank you for your time. I am really happy to finally read that someone has had 'GREAT SUCCESS'.
