Thanks, the tracking number shows thta the package was delivered this morning at 9am in addison TX. Guess we will see what happens next.
I really want to see the aco**** online update... I will then know I am done!

Just an fyi... I talked to Chase Friday and the final documents I sent back to Chase in TX, I will still receive the Final paperwork but I am to start making the new payment on the 1st.
So it sounds like you will still receive the completed modded paperwork when Chase gets everything updated in the system.

I just checked online and they have switched my rate now to the 5% and my payment is down to where they said it would be. Only issu I see is a Charge for late fees. Not sure if I am supposed to pay them or not. I thought they were going to cancel the fees?

Somethig weird I just found out. I looked online at my statements and it is telling me I dont have a payment due untill Jan 1st... I called and that is what is in the comptuers there also. I made my November Payment on the 1st and it looks like I basicly skip a month payment... Seems odd but its fine with me.

it sounds like your permanent mod is approved. i bet if you called back and asked about that specifically about the decision. This is what happens when they are sending out the paperwork.
