I actually made payment #1 and I am really starting to second guess making payments 2 and 3. A $134 reduction is not that great and really doesn't help me any. |

I made my final payment last month and have had issues ith my analyst or any one for that matter getting back to me so Chase reassigned my file to another analyst. This new person seems very nice and is checking on my questions I had. My main question was now that the FHA loans have a plan that started aug. 15th will I be switched over to that one. Guess we will see what happens next. I ahve made all my payments by the 1st so far by getting a Chase Cashiers check and sending overnight. |

Now Aug. 15th there was somehting for FHA loans (mine is Ginnie Mae) that started so I am not sure if this is somehting they are going to look into doing or not. I have no idea which would be better if I had to choose. I am not even sure what % rate I am at during the trial and if it will stay or possibly drop and then go back up after a few years. |

I was told now that I made the forebearance payments that my analyst is "needed to be re-established so that your case could be reviewed for a permanent modification." and now they are "awaiting a response from the HAD department regarding status" So that is where I am at. I really want to know when my next payment needs to be made and how much. Before I started this we were always on time (just getting hard) now this... |

Some on here have been taking months, some over a year but all are persistent and wont take no for an answer. FHA did issue making home guidelines and chase is starting to do them, probably not perfectly yet but they will figure it out. Keep on them. |

They are going to have someone in the home finance group call me tomorrow since they will now not return calls or emails and tomorrow is the 1st and I have no idea what and who to pay. I have left 3 msg. and 3 emails to the new analyst and I get no reply's. I am FHA-HUD- Ginnie Mae so my loan wil be in a different plan I am sure since the started a plan on aug 15th and I was just in a forbearance since May. I have NEVER been late or missed a payment and now I have no idea who to pay.... I did call the Columbus number and they said to keep making the same payments as the forbearance. I am not doing this because I just dont trust them. Guess I wait for a call tomorrow and see what happens next. |

I'm not sure what ours ended up being. I'm assuming it's not a HAMP since we have no trial period. When we call tomorrow we will ask. Honestly, we were so floored with the good news they gave us today that we were basically speechless. Hopefully the news is still good tomorrow. |

I am going to try calling them today (not that anyone will know) Also, I am finding out that if I want my analyst to actually email me back I have to copy higher ups on it....I then get a reply pretty fast. I know my perm loan mod was approved on the 27th of September and the new payment will be due on November 1st, just dont know when the paperwork will get to me. |

There is about 7 places to sign and have notarized. They included a pre labeled mailer to send back within 72 hours. I may be finally done! |
