Re: Chase mod - Story so far Email is just as slow as calling this analyst. I have emailed Friday, left voicemail and then emailed her once yesterday and today and nothing. I am not impressed with my analyst on her response.

Re: Chase mod - Story so far Any suggestions on who I could talk to now? My analyst will not return email's or phone calls. (Columbus Ohio Analyst) I should of known on the 15th when she said that I should hear something in a few days that she was just feeding me a line and when she did return 2 emails before she said "I hope to hear something tomorrow". Tomorrow never seems to come. Should I call that executive team number again? Anybody I can email there? thanks again!

Re: Chase mod - Story so far I just called 888-310-7995 and did not put her extension in and got another rep. Told her that I am not hearing back from my analyst. She checked and said that she was not at her desk and asked if I wanted to leave a msg. I said she never returns any calls or emails I have left her so far so the rep was going to hand write a note and put on her desk for her. The rep said if I do not hear back form her today then do what I need to do? I guess if I don't hear anything I will call the executive office number.

Re: Chase mod - Story so far rollertom, I left message for supervisor handling my case (WAMU side) 2 weeks ago. I then was served Notice of Sale last week and called Chase Exec office 1 week ago (as I have many times), then faxed them both the same day. Exec office said last week they would email supervisor handling the case and her boss,. I waited a week and still no call, so I called Exec offices again yesterday and they said they would email her and her boss again. Then after some discussion, I find that after Exec offices send this email they are supposed to respond within 48 hours. I informed they had not done that, who was going to enforce the 48 hour rule? I asked for the next persons name up the ladder and got the name of Operations Manager of WAMU loss mitigation. Of course they wont give you a number and will only email them on your behalf. It appears the Chase Exec office is the gatekeeper to these people. I could probably find another way to get to the operations manager by phone and will do so if needed. Well they sent the operations manager an email too since I pushed and complained. I got a phone call from the person handling my case on my cell within 10 minutes.

Re: Chase mod - Story so far Yesterday I tried calling the exec office and was on hold to speak with someone and I got an email from my rep. She said that the Analyst handling the Mod will get to my loan by Tuesday and she would hope to know the "complete offer" then... I would think this is just a forbearance but who knows. Guess I will find out if they really get to mine or not.

Re: Chase mod - Story so far Well, now Thursday and no offer... I called and talked to rep and he said that the analyst doing the actual mod is not responding back and they have to escalate this. My analyst's manager is sending off an email to that analyst's manager to find out what is going on.

Re: Chase mod - Story so far Called yesterday, an email was sent to the other Analyst's supervisor.... But no update's.... I dont beleive what a pain this is, lost36 of my 40 faxed papera and did not tell me this untill 30 days after they said they received them, the analyst said that my file would of been revied by last Monday and nothing has happened yet with that. I really dont think I can trust Chase with whatever they say. It really seems like they are doing nothing but giving me the run-around. Anybody know if there is someone else I can talk to or am I stuck?

Re: Chase mod - Story so far rollermom, I keep pushing at exec offices and ask for the Supervisor's supervisor and get their names so when you call in, you know whom to ask for. Exec offices say that they are required to respond to their emails to respond within 48 hours. I finally got thru to a new supervisor (according to her voice mail she is supervisor as of May 1) so I dont even know if she is even supervisor of person handling my case. I was so pissed by the end of my conversation with her, I forgot to ask and confirm where she was on the food chain. I got exactly what you got so far. Just more run around. I havent given up yet, but as each week goes by, I feel lesss and less hopeful and resigning myself little by little that I will indeed lose my house. I have filed complaint with Comptroller, called and faxed my Senators, talked to attorneys, everything I can possible do,and have yet to find a result. You might want to send paperwork certified mail in addition to multiple faxing daily for a week. Someone has got to get it.

I have tried since March and said I am going to start bing late and it is finally going to happen this month because I will no be able to make payment until the end. I kept warning them this would happen. I was hoping they would help before this happened..... guess I was wrong! |

Re: Chase mod - Story so far I just tried calling her again and no there. So I called the number (without her extension) and asked about an update and she told me that nobody can go into a file except for the Analyst or her supervisor and that she will leave her a msg. to call me back today. I know this is BULL because I have called that number before and they were able to look for any updates. Quick recap: March 11th, faxed paperwork March 12th, got a call saying they receive all. April 15th, I called and answered 2 questions for analyst working on file. and was told they now only had 4 of the 40 pages! I emailed copies to her while she was on the phone. April 30th was told that the analyst working on file will have it looked at by Monday the 4th May 5th called her and there was NO update and no email's from the other analyst working on file. May 6th They are trying to get answers from his supervisor (yea, right) May 8th left msg for a call and email. May11th left another msg and and email.. Still no response. May 12th called again, not at desk so called exec office and they were sending emails out. May 14th still NO response and a msg. was emailed to analyst because nobody is allowed to look at another's file. Now what do I do? Call exec office back?

| Re: Chase mod - Story so far I understand exactly what you are going through..............I did it for...... 6 months..... I just continued to call for updates once a week on a Friday...........if I didn't hear back, I would wait until the following Friday..........it really does take alot of patience and stamina, and understanding that these reps work with 300-500 files at a time each, which is crazy............they are truly stretched to the max.

Re: Chase mod - Story so far I got a call back tonight. I will be on a "Trial Payment" for 3 months. My payment is a bit over $500 less then my current one. Chase is dropping my Interest rate from 6.75% to 5.25% to get to this number. After three months, as long as the income does not change (and I show I can make payments) it will be set perm. at 5.25% They are sending out paperwork FEDEX with first payment due on the 1st for the next three months. I will be happy with this if it all works out after the three month period.

Re: Chase mod - Story so far Tom, Just a thought, but I have called every 1-2 days for the last 3+weeks asking about the status of my Fed-Ex packet. Still have nothing. Don't sit around waiting for it, but call, and call, and call and maybe you will evventually get it. I was told I would have it (the last time I called Wed this week) by today. I will be surprised if it shows up, and will be calling again on Monday. All I have now is persistence. At least I know there is nothing else I can do. Have a good weekend.

Re: Chase mod - Story so far It is 31% and it was a fixed loan. The Initial contribution is due May 31st and the trial mod is due 31st for the next three months after. I guess the initial contribution is the same as the trial payments, does anyone know? Thanks

Re: Chase mod - Story so far rollertom, Contribution payment is an agreed upon amount...kind of a good faith payment to make up for delinquent ones. I told Chase I didnt have a contribution amount so they said OK. Im surprised they didnt insert an amount on your paperwork. I would call to find out if and what this amount is.

Re: Chase mod - Story so far Chase tried to delivery some paperwork today by fedex but nobody was home.. I am going to sign the slip so they leave it tomrrow if no one is home. Guess I will know then what the contribution amount was. I know I told them I had like $200 but I doubt they would do that little amount...I think I hear them say it is actually the same as the payment would be.

Re: Chase mod - Story so far I got my paperwork last night. I will have to make payments May, June, July and Aug. 31st of the adjusted amount (almost $600 cheaper!) But then it says I will go back to "normal payments" I take it they work on the final paperwork if I make payments on time?
