Chase mod/aurora investor?

mailed all documents march 2, 09 for mod...spoke to chase rep special lending unit today...said our docs are in underwriting already....said they went to underwriting the day they were faxed? rep said to call back 2 weeks cause they are backed up...Is it possible our docs went to underwriting the same day...hope im getting correct info..im gonna call twice a week to follow up..i will let everyone know the outcome hoping for good news??

faxed all docs march 2nd...called they received it...called couple days later said in underwriting...wow..thought things were going quick..not..received letter in mid april saying i should here something within 45 days...didnt here anything?? tried to make june payment couldnt make it ...no more payments online or over phone only western union or cashiers check was never informed....called today and was told they need more information recent pay stubs., 2008 tax returns, recent bank statements & i had to download a homeowners infor packet to fill out...well puts us back at the starting point...thank god i got a rep to inform me other than the ones i've been speaking to...well dont know if getting caught in the shuffle or this is happening to others...well back to faxing & a response is appreciated...good luck to all!!!!

i called chase yesterday and was told our mod needed updated information..its been going on 4 months and i was told we fell below the 31% ratio for the obama workout..but they are looking into other chase mods & needed updated info....has anyone been successful with mod and does anybody know how these ratios work? a rep told me they do ratios on everything..does this mean front end back end and monthly income before taxes verses monthly expenses?? if anyone has any input on this please respond..
