    Chapter ending...

    Well folks, I am not much of a poster as dealing with Chase has been pure HELL for the past say 3 years!!! With countless paperwork lost, LOTS of clueless customer service robots and many OCC Complaints submissions falling on deaf ears it is FINALLY OVER!!! Recieved FEDEX modification docs today!!! 2.525% year 1 to 5, 3.525 6th yr, year 7-24 is 3.625 with final balloon of 9.5K... Started trial in January and a gut wrenching 7 months later it's finally over... I just wanted to give those in the process hope and a little advice ---> Document EVERYTHING (invest in a BIG NOTEBOOK lol) and HANG in THERE! Thanks to all those who help others every day!
