Chase NOD JUNE 7th, 2012 Need Stall tactics?

Hello _ Recieved my NOD a couple of days ago after sending 3 mods all being denied by chase for npv REASONS.. aFTER 24 MONTHS PAYMENT FREE.. I RECENTLY RECIEVED MY NOD. So now what should I do? I want to stall a little longer because I am planning to purchase a new home by end of year but need just the right amount of down payment since I recently paid off my car, ccs and paid off my wedding and am completly debt free.. I want to have a little more reserves to purchase a new home ( well my new husband is purchasing home) Anyone have any good ideas of how to stall NOS? Should I re-submit a loan mod packet? should I pretend to modify? any ideas.. also any idea in Ca how long NOS are taking.. My brother recieved an NOD from chase 2 years ago and still no NOS?

    Hello Mselisa,

There is really no telling exactly how long it will be before an NTS is filed but I would expect at least 4-6+ months from now. Re-applying for a loan modification is always a good way to help prolong foreclosure proceedings and I would suggest checking out the "Hampster Wheel Game" thread and reading the first couple of pages as it has great strategies to help drag out the process.
