ENOUGH!!! 5 loan modificationsn in 2 years isn't enough??

We started to fall behind in our loan March 2008. Since then we have applied 5 different times for a loan modification, 5 times we have succesfully being accepted for a trial modification period, but taking 10 months for a final approval of the loan and constant lack of service, missing documents, and proper management has resulted on an on-going denial on a permanent loan modification.

Every time we comply with the new mortgage payments and paperwork. This last time CHASE told us we were supposed to turn in bank statements and paystubs in addtition to the profit and loss statement. I was never made aware of the first two requirements. I even called 4 times during the month of August to confirm they received the profit and loss statement and asked them if they needed anything else from me. The answer was no mam! Septmeber 1st we received a denial letter once again. We have to pay $75,000 to reinstate our loan and the file has been transfer to foreclosure. We want to keep our house!!!! We have been able to meet all the requirements . We are desperate and tired of trying to salvage our home! Please somebody help us!!!! We want to be able to bring the account current, we want to be able to finally sleep without the thought we will be homeless tomorrow.

Hey natili, i have been at this for 35 months. I am over 100,000 in arrears . I has offered 4 different mods. One worse than the other. Along the way, lies, lost paperwork and just downright cruel people. It took a supervisor in the executive res. In ohio over a year to get me trial paperwork. He could not believe it. I would call angie ackermans in david bowmans office. She is in missouri. Her number is under chase contacts. She is his right hand lady.she does call back if you get her voicemail. In your situation calling the executive res. Team in ohio is useless at this point. Hang in there. We will prevail!!!!!!!!!! Fight like hell!!!!!!
