    Anyone Contacted 60 Minutes?

I will happily do so - an attorney looked at all the information I have - dates - numbers - etc - said definitely many violations - fraud - breach of contract - I do work with this stuff - so I do not pursue anything unless I know it will be a success at some point. However - my health is starting to take a beating - and I will go the legal route - but even if we leave - will still be going after them.
I will put a package together and send off - do you think it is worth it?

Executive Resolution STINKS - I truly now think they have loss mitigation supervisors working as resolution reps

It can be worth it. The banks know that many people are pissed and threatening lawsuits. But they also know that most of it is all bark and no bite. After most people weight the costs, stress and possible outcome, they realize it is not worth it. Their time is better spent working on the future.

Banks know that maybe 1 in a 1000 threats will go through. So, they just ignore most threats until they get a summons.

I encourage everyone to contact the media.

I am pretty tied up with NBC at this point, but everyone and anyone else can contact the other media outlets, national, local...all of them. Just make your email direct and to the point, use proper grammar, punctuation and spelling. Appearances do make a big difference, a well written letter goes a long way.

I have received several comments from the media people that have contacted me and they all said it was the professionalism of the letters I wrote that caught their interest. So take the time and do it right. If anyone needs assistance writing a letter just let me know, I'll help out any way I can.

Actually, Moe, I suffered far more stress with Chase's antics and those of NACA and the foreclosure attorneys! Contacting the media is a cakewalk compared to what I have gone through!

wahtsinaname- I agree, after this entire fiasco, the media circus is a cakewalk.

What do we have to fear from going public? Chase has already ruined our credit, taken (or tried to) take our homes, treated us like the forgotten stepchild...the least we could do is return the favor.
