Update on my 2nd mortgage with chase

Since being denied on the 2nd mortgage and having to resubmit all the documents to the supervisor I was called today and told that they are putting me on a 6th month trial and I had to give them a payment today I said wait a minute I just paid a payment on Jan 30th..she said well I have to post date another payment today for Feb 18 in the amount of 466.and change this is an increase of the forbarence payment I have been paying since july 09 of 311.21 she said only after paying this new amount for 3 months will I be assigned to a neogiator for "possible" modification of the 2nd nortgage..I said why the hell am I starting over? she said because they denied it and when I had subbmitted the docs again you start over I said my income has not changed someone on that end did not submitt the figures correctly????????Chase is not compelled to modify 2nds folks........and after this she said if they come back and deny it again I can go back to my regular payment pay any arrearage in addition or sell my house or she said get an additional job,,,she said chase will not forbear any principal.I expressed my great displeasure with chase which she did not seem to care and this was a supervisor.....she said they are not 'mirroring anything" in reguards to having the 1st already modified..... I am pissed!

chase just sucks. My second is already in collections, but I just ignore those calls as well as all other calls from chase.

I care about their rental property I am living in for free, as much as they care about doing a permanent mod on either of their 80/20 loans in my name...

lite-I am sorry once again for what this clusterf*ck called Chase is doing to you and everyone else. I get the smart alecky type a lot lately too.

I agree I told her it took my husband over 8 months to find a stinking job that only pays 11.00 per hour after losing his career of 34yrs to downsizing thats all he could find....Yeah its so easy to find a job...yeah right....so the fact that thye finally modified the 1st since july 09 has no bearing whats so ever in getting the 2nd modified at all..chase is just going thru the fu**ing motions they don't want to modify 2nds...and I said that to her today...its become very clear they could care less.. And more hoops to jump thru like a fu**ing circus animal.

Are your 1st and 2nd both OWNED by Chase? I ask because we have a 1st and 2nd owned by Chase but we are still waiting for a mod on our 1st (since Nov. 08') so it is interesting to see what will happen to your 2nd. Thanks and congrats on the 1st mod.

The 1st is owned by fannie mae and serviced by chase my mod was inhouse...chase has the 2nd
