Chase is servicer of loan, but BOA is listed on foreclosure notice

Hi,

I am in foreclosure. My loan has been serviced by Chase for the past 5 years, I've never had anything to do with Bank of America. I called the attorneys that have issued the foreclosure and asked them why it says BOA and they said that's where my loan is. Okay, so I call BOA, they have no loan for me at all. The address that the foreclosure notice list is BOA, then the Chase address in Rancho CA. The bank that is the holder of the loan is LaSalle Bank National Association. LaSalle Bank NA was sold to Bank of America, but they say they don't have a loan in my name.

So, I'm scheduled for court on Tuesday. I've asked for more time, filed a letter with the court on the 19th, still haven't heard from the courts. So, worse case scenario, I go to court on Tuesday. I plan to ask for more time as the sale date in January 13th. Should I bring this up in court in front of the attorneys? Should I file a QWR to give me more time?

Here's the deal, I'm not like most in this situation. I've experienced great hardship, my husband committed suicide, job didn't pay me then laid me off, still owing me money. I can pay from here out, just not the back amount. I tried to work with Chase for almost a year. They stalled until I lost my job. When I lost my job, they said I didn't qualify because I didn't have a job. A catch 22. I do have some money in an annuity for retirement that I'm trying to get, enough to save the house. I just need more time.

What should I do? Can I file for the QWR and buy some more time? Should I pay for an audit? Some advertise $499 for audit? It would be a struggle, but I might be able to pay that. Help please
