After 5 months of dealing with these jerks. I made it to an analyst only to be told that they need Everything all over again. I was like what. Not only all the documentation again but new stuff too. When does it end with these clowns. Not to mention they are calling everyone in my family, (parents, in-laws, brothers, brother in-laws, sister in-laws, etc.) you name it they've called them. Even after being told to stop doing it.

I'm at my wits end, and I can see that hopes for a mod. are slim to none in my case with these jokers.

This site has been so helpful, but what do you do when the above is happening?

It is unfortunate, but once your submissions get 30/60 days old, you are required to refresh.
I have submitted doc packages 3 times is as many months.
At least you are still under consideration, so send them what they are asking for .......
Others have suggested sending in each paystub as you recieve it, and not wait to be asked.

I suggest to send in all the requested information to the analyst right away. It is very common that the bank will ask for all updated information over again at least once throughout the process. This does not mean that you are starting the process completely over..

Their looking for Money, since we are not current with our mortgage pymts. I asked them to stop this practice since some of the people they are calling are in bad health and do not need this type of stress, but they call anyway.

I thought after you told them to stop this (calling other people) they are suppose too. Anyone have any suggestion on this one.

Are you actually on a trial modification making trial payments? Because if thats the case they shouldn't be calling you..but why are they calling family members are they on the loan with you? As far as having to resend yomann is correct once you documents hit the 60 day mark they need to be resubmitted..you may have to resubmitt over and over again like the rest of us have no one likes it but sadly its part of this mod process so might as well get use to it...I have had to replace the cartridge on my fax machine twice now from faxing so much..buts its worth it to get the mod...

No one is on this loan except for my husband and I. I just got off the phone with a totally Rude agent, who just told me the account does not show they called, My mother-inlaw (bad health) just gave my husband the number to call back. These people Lie. I told the Rude Agent I had told them before not to call my parents, and she said the account was noted as such. So, I ask again, if the account is noted and they call anyway, is there any recourse?

To answer your ques. in regards to trial mod. We haven't been offered any trial anything.

I think you need to put in writing and mail certified the people they can not contact..

Collection departments at banks are very good. They hire agents from other collection agencies to deal with this mess they have on their hands.

In my complex we have had neighbors contacted by various banks, looking for owners who lived next door to them that defaulted on their loans. Some of these owners wallked ages ago and now the banks are doing whatever they can to get any info they can.

When I cancelled my home phone line after getting up to 25 calls per day from chase, they then called my both mom and brother who live in different states trying to locate me...

They can be ruthless there is no doubt ...when I changed my number last year my daughter and son in law got a few calls looking for us ..it was very embarressing for us after I had to them to communicate with us via mail...they really don't care so now since I started this trial mod back in July I and I had to give chase a number I gave them my cell phone number come to find out when I pulled our experain credit reports chase has put my cell phone number in the credit reports which explains all the calls I have been getting lately...So it looks like after I get these final documents signed and returned and this is finally over I will be changing my cell phone number...they have probably put alot of folks phone/cell numbers in the credit reports for all to see thats what happened to me...And it was only after I had to give it to chase for a contact phone number so I know for sure it was them.

this is interesting. Chase did not blow up our phones when we became delinquent. After 90 days late, we did not get any phone calls at all.

Us either. We're closing in on 150 days late, and get four calls a week from the same 800 number, and no one leaves a message. I assume it's Chase, but see no reason to pick up an 800 number I don't recognize.

try sending a certified cease and dessist letter
