What kind of success has anyone had by contacting this gentleman at FREDDIE MAC with loan modification complaints or concerns regarding good ole Chase

Another member on here with the name Sunbeam got help from this gentlemen. I do not think he can do too much. But I am sure he can lead you in the right direction..

I emailed him....he called me the next day. He can't do anything directly for you, but he is very very good at shedding the light of day on your situation and getting it the attention it deserves. He is very responsive and when he said my situation was being escalated, he wasn't blowing smoke...he meant it. And he is a very nice man. I also wrote a letter to my congressperson and that helped alot. I wrote about all the misinfomation, denials, approvals,denials, etc. That also got Freddie Mac and my loan servicer paying attention. I did this end of July, early August after trying on my own since beginning of Feb. From August until 2 weeks ago it took to get my final mod approval, but that entire span I knew what was happening and I felt my servicer was being held accountable.
