File being submitted to investor. Second time wish me luck

First time sent(not sure I believe Chase actually sent it) to Freddie Mac denied, both on unemployment.
Chase didnt know my wife gained full time employment, they submitted my file for perm mod a month after trial period started.

Told chase resubmit, wife got full time employment

Chase came back stating I need to prove to them I will have 9 months worth of unemployment.
Told chase my state wont doesnt give me a breakdown or send me something like that.
Told Chase wife makes the same amount as both of us when we were on unemployment so if they dont consider my unemployment - fine. Doesnt matter the income is still the exact same as when we were approved for the trial period.

Got email today from executive team underwriter and loss mitigation will submit to investor for final approval.
Now I am nervous wondering if Freddie is going to kick it back. Being that the government is pushing these and freddie is no part of the gov I hope I get a final nod.

Re: File being submitted to investor. Second time wish me luck

Good luck Shade.

They also had to submit ours twice, after we discovered that it never actually got submitted the first time. The only way we figured that out was our continuous calling to check on things. If we would have waited for them to call us, we would have never known.....they just never would have called. It was actually submitted the 2nd time, and we had an answer within a week.

Hang in there.
