Impossible to work with Chase

I have come to the realization that it is IMPOSSIBLE to work with Chase.... Unless they are put under government scrutiny, they will not modify your loan. They will come up with EVERY AND ANY stinking reason to deny and/or not modify your loans:

Never ending nightmare excuses to work with CHASE:
1.. Papers continually expiring, not being received
2. Files declined immediately if they don't get they paperwork, they will always say they don't get it, no matter how many faxes you send with confirmations being received.
3. Not a permanent hardship
4. Too much income
5. Not enough income
or the best decline I have seen yet, THERE ARE PEOPLE IN MORE NEED OF A LOAN MODIFICATION than you are.
The executive department DOES NOT, AND I REPEAT DOES NOT give a crap about your loan, they don't return calls, and/or do a thing about files, nor return emails.
This bank is HOPELESS. The best thing would be if we ALL DEFAULTED ON OUR HOMES and let this bank screw themselves. I hate CHASE

Malizna I feel your pain. Please if you can muster it file a complaint about them with the Office of the comptroller of the Currency. The more complaints the better.
