Who is Mindy Martin?

Called today and was told that my file was sent to Mindy Martin of the "monitoring team", anyone heard of them or her? The rep on the phone said there was no number to contact Mindy Martin and that i should wait 2 weeks and call back as there is nothing more i need to do paperwork wise, he did say to continue making my trial payments, so far i've made three already. thanks for any info.

Thats bullshtein. Call back and get a different person, bet you get a different story. You can also do like I did and try and figure out her email, Trial and error until one you send does not get kicked back

I've gotten a couple of different names of supposed negotiators but never heard that one, smit did you get a response from emails , i was told the rep would email the negotiator that i was inquiring and have them get back to me never happened, what a surprise

Hi you are the first I heard about this monitoring rep after me. Yes, I got a monitor who was putting together all my paperwork, he called me and we talked about missing docs. he sent me a packet overnite with his email and phone number. I emailed him and call him but never returned them. He did everything right, and now my file is in the final steps, I made my 5th payment for november. I think is a good sign. He also said he does not do anything else than making sure the files move to the right department, completed and ready for review. Is not in his hands to do anyting else or give any info other than missing docs.

I got my monitor 2 weeks after my third payment. I had to update everything again, once.
