Nway, I made my 8th trial payment this Nov. and so scared how much longer I need to wait. I have a mod company doing it for me but still makes call to chase myself coz I don't think they call chase as much as I do. I spoke to exec resolution from Chase last week and he said that they're asking for my husband's 2 recent stubs which I sent so many times and received the "youe mod at risk" 3 times. Been 5 months behind before going into trial...now I don't even know what to expect. i've seen a lot of success stories after 6 or 7th but I feel mine is the longest and still counting....I don't want to loose my house and end up on the street with my 2 little kids....if they deny me at this time, how long does it take them to take away my house? The 3rd party mod keeps assuring me that everything is okay and that I just need to wait for the approval but not even this assurance makes me sleep at night. I have been in so much stress since I started this mod back in Nov '08.....I just hope that this misery ends soon |

antel, tell them to send you an official HAMP-application. I suspect you are on a forbearance and not on a HAMP.

I was put on trial April 15, May 1 and June 1 - where my 3 trial payment ended but has been continuosly paying the trial up until now. November was when I started applying for the Loan Mod. |

Truely unfair that the ones starting first have to wait that long. But too few CSRs, CSRs without proper knowledge, lost paperwork and numerous changes in the program caused that mess... I got that date from the official HAMP performance-report (BTW, the new one for Oktober should be available soon). |

Maybe they are knocking out the kinks in the system. I am however grateful, because i was approved for an inhouse trial that was going to cost us a lot more and then the MHA program was erected. I am glad it worked out this way for us. I was initially awaiting trial payment contract for 6 weeks, then i called to tell them i never got them, and was told that it was null and that i had to do this new MHA program. I was initially aggravated and tired, but went along with it, and am happy i did. |

So let's think about this new revision, their are many new doc's to show that you are actually on the HAMP "Trail Period Plan" going forward right? Why? Now let's just look at this from our point of view, let' say even if only 1/2 of the 500,000 so called current "Trail Period Plans" are still not on the HAMP "Trail Period Plan" So why do I bring this up, because the new revision doe's nothing to reassure any of us that has not received any type of HAMP doc that say's-SO!! Ok the Orginal Doc Revision said that the "Lender did not need a singed copy from you" Ok that's fine what do you have that says that you are on the HAMP "Trail Period Plan" program. How many of us have been fooled thinking we were on a 3 month trail plan? Then only to get another verbal lie ok now you are on the plan but still no doc! Think about this, with the new doc's changes it would of been real easy to insert (Form-***) that the lender "is to sign" and send it to anyone that is on the plan "period" Everyone needs to call and make sure that they are 100% on plan! Try your best to get some doc's that say's So!!! also ask if they have started reporting to Fannie your trail period payments. They had 4 business day's after receiving our 1st payment. You can not trust the gov.-writers or bankers "period" read my early post and watch and learn. Fired Up Ready To Go Just do a search. Keep up the fight and start asking for fairness "Write Down" |

That's exactly what we told them in the letter. Also, when somebody else on this board mentioned that the signature of the lenderwould no longer be required to have the agreement accepted by the treasury as long as the borrower signed it, I wrote "fine, but does that protect MY legal rights as a BORROWER? What do I have in my hand if it goes to court? What is an agreement worth that is only signed by one party?"

I called chase and they "approved" me for a 3 month trial/forebearance plan . Its been over a month and a half and I've gotten no paperwork. I called a few times the first few weeks but then sat back to see what would happen. They stopped the auction but now nothing, no trial payment paperwork,no calls,no letters. Any idea whats going on? Are the just expecting me to send in payments without paperwork ? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Frank
