We have been in our trial period for 7 months now. And we have decided not to make anymore payments until we receive our modification. Could it be an approval or denial? My husband doesnt want to call them back. He said he has had enough with trying to call, and we would prefer all communications be in writing. We dont trust them. |

I would stay on top of the situation you have come this far don't quit the fit now and it may come down to a fight but at leaset you would be doing everything you can........don't give them any ammunition to turn you down.......I would call asap and find out where you stand........I got called Monday and it was because they needed 2 pieces of info again....low and behold later at the end of the same day (monday) I got called by a person on the executive resolutin team asking for the same info so it would seem I have to different people woring on our case at the same time from 2 different departments go figure..............if it were me I would be calling RIGHT NOW! |

I Just recieved a call from Chase telling me i am four months behind and that i owe 8k and would i make a payment, thing is I just called them today and set up my fifth trial mod payment. Again ....what is the reason you're behind ...loss of income oh.... I don't get it. 'was it because the guy who came snooping today to see if we occupied the property reported that i was home ...well Duh i work from home!!!
