update on my process with chase

Well, my sale date was for yesterday... I managed to get it postponed after calling chase, hope now and NACA. I am now on a MHA trial for three months and NACA put a proposal for me (which is less than what I am paying on the trial) and submitted it to Chase. Hopefully, they can come to an agreement very soon. Since I do live in GA and all the lender needs is four weeks to sale your home I will keep on it. If it was not for this site I would be in the streets right now. Thanks

Great job getting the sale date postponed. Just keep good faith with the agreement and hopefully NACA can get you a permanent mod once the period is complete.

Good luck and keep us posted!
