I listened to the video. More of the same crap from Chase. He kept saying it is a pretty quick process! Yea right, why have people waited a year or more. Also if they didn't approve the loan mod, why don't they have the courtesy to send you in the mail, FEDx or whatever saying not approved but you could have other options. Why is it when before all this crap started, say several years ago, 4-5 maybe, and you went in to the bank to get a loan, no problem, no problem and you can close the deal in two weeks. Why oh why does is it taking months and months and months now. Because they do not know what they are doing, or the scary part is they do what they are doing and are deliberately sabotaging the whole mod program. Good Luck in your quest. I have been waiting since last March. Still waiting.

So I call back today and now Chase states that my original trial period is still in review and that there is no record of any type of in "inhouse" modification!! WTF, Chase GET YOUR HEAD out of your A$$es!!!!!!!!!

no trial yet,, 4 months behind and no explanation for the hold up!!I was approved for in Sept and have not got anything in the mail.

Keep calling every few weeks...you and I know there is nothing to lose anyhow. They WILL work with you because they don't want the house and the loss with it. In the meantime, try and relax, mattress your money, and smile knowing they will come around eventually....and if they don't...who gives a sh1t, interest only loans are rent anyhow.

Exactly like you really need a freaking utility bill or 4506 to be pre approved for the trial period, .... please all the other banks are doing stated income over the phone, getting you on the trial plan, and then you send them your docs back in the trial package... CHASE SUCKS

Question/Help from those of you who have started or finished the trial payment plan. I called chase and they "approved" me for a 3 month trial/forebearance plan . Its been over a month and a half and I've gotten no paperwork. I called a few times the first few weeks but then sat back to see what would happen. They stopped the auction but now nothing, no trial payment paperwork,no calls,no letters. Any idea whats going on? Are the just expecting me to send in payments without paperwork ? Any suggestions would be appreciated.FHA loan,six months behind.

Franklyspeaking,

when does your trial payments start? I would be leary about sending payments without paperwork and confirmation of what kind of trial plan you are approved for.
