Total Confusion at Chase - Loan Modification Forum

I was about to make my 7th trial payment and was told not too, because there was some confusion about a new payment plan that was suppose to have been canceled, so the amount i am suppose to pay isn't clear. I was told once they have cleared up this cancellation of the new payment plan, they will go ahead and modify the loan. I am holding my breath till this is over. I will be so relieved. It will be the best Christmas gift ever!

ohI hope it is good news but I would absolutely check. Check Check. Call the Chase Executive Team. I mean it. You need something in writing.

I agree it would be a great Christmas present (for me too) but don't take their word for it. Chase Exec team: 1-800-242-7399. Good luck!

They asked me to give them till Wed to get this worked out. If they do not have it together by Wed, i will call this number. Thank you so much caldwell!

ok, called chase to follow up today on the "confusion" and found out we were approved and paperwork is on the way. will let you know when we get them and what the terms are.

Today, i get a call for another interior BPO. This was done 3 weeks ago. What was wrong with it?
