It use to be you weren't officially on a Mod till both had signed the agreement that often was never sent by the servicer. |

Since it's no longer required, what the he**.. They said all they needed was OUR signature and they got that. They also said they would return that agreement along the docs for the permanent mod.. |

You have to treat the lender as the enemy and arm yourself for your own safety. They do not want to do these mods, they are being forced to. They want you to screw it up because you only get one chance at the HAMP. Never return anything to the lender without making copies for yourself. |
