I simply don't know what to do...

Hi All

we have been trying to get the loan modification for many months now.
Got the trailmodification in june 09. We have paied every trail and have been calling Chase every 2. day. Never gotten any anwsers, until Sep were we were told they sold our house on forclosure!! Thought they couldn't do that, when we had the loan modification in progress..
We were then told they recinded the sale 3 days after and they made a mistake.
Our october trail payment were not able to be made, when we no longer had a loannumber (since apparently, we do no longer own the house), so we couldn't pay october mortgage.
We are now getting close to the november payment, and are not sure what to do now? Do we just send in the payment and hope they'll know where they come from?

Will Chase have the Sheriff evict us from the house - due to the non payment and when can we expect that to happen? We live in Washington State.
We have now found a laywer and are hoping he is able to sort this whole mess out, but it would be nice with some input from all of you, as it seems you knows what to do (reading all anwsers to everybody else)!
Also... our trail payment is only about 200 dollars less than our original payment, why is that? Of course we just signed because we wanted to keep our house!
Also, I appoligise for all my spelling mistakes, i am scandinavian and do not have english as my first laungage :-)

Hope anybody is able to give some good advice!

Keep calling.

If they stated that they are "recinding" give them a fax number and have them fax you something in writing that the home still belongs to you. In addition, you can check your county recorder office and see what has actually been RECORDED regarding your home.
