i cant seen to find out what chase if offering once denied....
if the hamp is denied, what have they offered you?

if i was denied my first question to them would be what now? ( after WHY of course)
did they offer a repayment plan?
any options at all..............

or just your denied,,,,,,,,,,,,and nothing????

at that point will they take any amount towards what you owe?

ect ect... this is an important question for plan B ,,, ive asked chase
they said lets not think that way ~~~ oh ya right........lets wait
no thanks they wont say

i know fannie mae asks for them to do regular mods, payment plans ect
if not qualified for hamp

but is anyone ever offered these things?? after a denial?

but i thought maybe someone who has got to that point would chime in...

oh i have explored... even fannie mae told be that they are the investor. they set
guidelines for the invester but the guidlines are just that "guidelines" not LAW
or rules they are guidelines ..................................what the %^$#s that mean?

We asked all through the process what would happen if we ended up denied in the end. We wanted to make sure that we were prepared for the worst.
Chase told us there are different possibilities: forbearance plans (good to go on to buy time in order to save up $$$ to pay on arrears), repayment plans, they even said that deed in lieu of foreclosure was an option, and also the standard acceleration of the debt. They left it wide open, and would never tell us that they would work with us to fix things. That's why I always felt so uneasy. It was the unknown that was freaking me out.

how late were you? iam not currently in forclosure, 3 months behind now that they put me on this trial, with late fees thats $10.0000!

I would say if they offer nothing else if denied banruptcy is an option that is what we plan on doing should they deny us and not offer us anything else to get our arrearage caught up. We would have no other choice and we do not want ot loose our home......I had thought about going the an attorney now but in thinking about it the attorney would probably say see what happens with the mod if we get denied or not and then go from there..

back end dti is what I am worried about.............and we have 4 accounts that were charged off couldn't be helped but they list no payment with them and we haven't paid on them in well over a year and they charged off so I don't know how that is handled I see alot of people on this forum mention they have charged off accounts .........as far as being behind yes we are approaching 5 months behind.........when I called today to make my trial hamp 2nd mortgage payment I inquired with the girl I have been dealing with if god forbid we get denied are there some other offers she said they do have repayment plans and such she said but you really want the hamp to reduce your payment down permenatly. Bankruptcy is still a back up plan for us to keep the house.
