What these Chase people don;t inderstand is once the hundreds of thousands of us have either walked away or gotten through this, due to their treatment of us and our experiences they won't see our business in the future. Then they'll be out of work calling other lender asking for help, and payback is a B |

They can do whatever they want to anyone they want with no remorse. Plus I keep saying when the commercial real estate loans come due in 2010 and 2011, this little housing mess of toxic assets will look like a drop in the bucket to these banks. They will get what is coming to them real soon... |
