which is why sometimes I wonder why some new users instantly pop up out of nowhere claiming to have just found this site and all the success they have had. Some have 8 posts total give or take.

A year ago or so there was actually a rep from Chase or it might have been Citi that came on here and gave good advise on how to get your loans modified.. These reps from the companies have been in here for quite sometime.. I've always been told by the other moderators that.. It's not a good idea to post their names (the people you talk to ) cuz if they google their names they will see it...

If Chase is lurking, let me say this to you, Chase. This has been an absolute nighmare for me and most of the people here. I am not changing my login. If you start giving modifications as you should, and people like me start getting them with little runaround and more respect, I will post the truth. If get the mod and the process is all of the sudden easier, more transparent, and quicker, I will thank you publicly here. I will gladly be posting that thank God Chase has seen the light. And I will push for other banks to take your lead. If I don't get the mod I will stay here and press and you can see by the amount of posting I have done and the contacts I have made with you to get my affordable mod that I am tenacious. I am in this for me, and I am in this for us.

I do not believe you can change your profile name. I think you have to become a new member with a new name.

I don't know about e-mails. I have never emailed anyone through this forum. Frankly I don't know how to do that!

- I don't know how to cancel the membership. But you can edit your details and as I read it the editing place defaults to not sharing your e-mail address unless you choose to have it shared. Starting a new membership is easy. In your current profile, just edit the changes to the most restrictive, and take your e-mail address out. I think there may be a way you can just wipe out all info about you except the log in name.

Amen! If someone from Chase actually wanted to help us and accomplish something productive, other than empty numbers for the press, then I would gladly post about it here. Why do you act like we all want something for free when the vast majority of us do not, Chase? Your selfish, greedy, corrupt policies are part of the reason everyone is in this whole mess. Yes the consumer had a part in it too. I still fail to see the righteousness in you getting no consequence save for billions our hard-earned tax dollars, while we are expected to carry the entire burden for generations to come. Find us and kick us out, or help us and we will keep paying for a house that it makes more financial sense for us to walk away from. If you choose the latter we will gladly try to find some common ground and make it work. If you choose the former, go pound sand and make glass.....we are not afraid anymore. Congratulations, you've pushed another family to that point.

huh...who would have thought that chase reps are lurking around in here ..i say so let them lurk and read some of the stories we post ..myhusband and i lost our house cause of chase and i could care less about chase...they lost our payments that we had made to them this year ...told me one thing and then another...well we walked away from the house and let it go back to chase ...i am stress free from it all ..so whatever chase wants to read the stuff i have posted ..all power to them...
people here are going to die fighting trying to save their homes and chase doesnt give a rats ass about the people....

I think they should read here, because this is the daily reality. As for me I have nothing to hide, and was just looking for help from people with experience go ahead and read my threads, there is nothing there that the don't already know and then some.

I posted my whole time line on here and sent it to the exec offices. Im pretty sure they can figure out who I am!

This whole process has been humiliating and frustrating. I have never before in my life had to ask anyone for help before and when you finally get to this point where you have to ask and then not get it is very disheartening.

In all honesty I have talked to many helpful people at Chase, it just seems that many are not empowered to do what they need to do for the customer. I am a cog in a big company as well so I know it from both sides.

I do think this process could be more easily streamlined, and I do think that there are plenty of people who dont really need assistance clogging up the pipes for those of us who really do.

You can read all through this forum and see that this process is maddening and not for the faint of heart.

I will say bank employees care about this forum as much as they care about us and our situation, zero.

You know if any bank employees just took a quick look at this site, they would be embarrassed and what their employer is doing to our country and its people. If they had any sense they would quit that job and find one that at least contributes to society, like flipping burgers...

Yes, Chase and all lenders lurk here. As well as the OCC, FBI, DRE, US Treasury etc. I have seen their IP addresses on here many times. This forum is monitored big time. Do they care? I think it is more for data collection etc.

I agree that many of these first time posters may be plants. Some are not.

These employees probably Google their names or Banks are making these employees that are identified by name to make sure they do a good job.

If you think about it, loan modifications are one of the biggest conspiracy theories of this decade.
