Update:My 5th trial payment has to be sent to the executive resolution group...

Hello everyone...

What does this mean?

I am on my fifth trial payment and i cannot make this payment over the phone anymore... nor to be mailed to AZ as was stated in my trial mod papers...it has to be a cashiers check and mailed to the executive relolution team in OH....

That's strange. Make sure you know the phone number of the Exec team, and have a personal contact to call to make sure they got it. Ask when it will be credited to your account. If you don't have a number, let us know. I have it somewhere in my files...

Thanks for your answer... I will overnite my payment tomorrow...about the number, if you have it handy will be great.....now I have the name of the person I assume is the negotiator..Do you know what happens to my file next ????

art4ari - I wouldn't presume to know what happens next. The rules are seemingly made in an instant and change constantly.

I have two exec. team numbers - 1-800-242-7399 and 1-904-462-2287. I last talked with them in June, so have no idea if they are still good.

Thats really strange since you have been making your payments over the phone all along...If you remember you and I spoke about this issue several months ago....I have never been allowed to make my payments over the phone it always had to be via certified bank check...but I do send all payments to Phoenix AZ.....I don't understand why the change of address for this 5th payment...strange..........and they offered you no explanation about it......as someone else said they make the rules up as they go along.........has anyone else had their payment address changed?? And if so where to?

i have sent my payments by western union quick collect and it has been better than tracking overnight mail. have you tried it?

Hi everybody... yes litehouse, I made my payments over the phone before, except for the first one which went to AZ. Now they would not take it, without explanation...

The executive resolution team is supposedly as high as you can go. They usually set it up so you work with one individual person each time you call. The trick is getting a good person. Our executive person told us that they don't have any extra "powers"...they are kind of a go between. They do all the calling around and getting answers for you, and then let you know what they find out (supposedly). Once your case is with the executive team, you are supposed to be a higher priority than regular call center cases.

If you were to send an email to the CEO of chase, you would also get hooked up with a member of the executive team.

We are blessed with the E-Team member assigned to us. I genuinely believe she is sincere and hope and pray she is a "fighter" and goes to bat for us. Hope she doesn't stop until we get the mod to change our lives and make us whole again. If and when this happens, I will do more than spread the word all over the net of our success.

I made 3 payments...just like the agreement said. Waiting on a modification or NOD notice. Either one will kick me into the next gear which is a Chapter 13 BK, or a Chapter 7.

Still not paying a dime in Lake Forest.

Thanks a lot! it souds like good news....! should I email the team?? or should I wait for them to contact me? I dont want to piss them off if I do.. I hope this doesnt take too long, it will be hard to spend the holidays thinking about this...I will keep you posted....

I just called the 800-242-7399 Executive team number and got assigned someone. check my bio for my story. The number worked - lets see if they can get to the bottom of my denial.

I got a denial first because the underwriter couldn't verify my profit and loss income properly, then I submitted to him additional information that they didn't request in the first place and he denied me for making home affordable saying I made TOO MUCH Money, and denied me for the CHASE program because I make TOO LITTLE!!!! Go figure!

So I guess I get the award for being denied the most in this forum???? 3 times in one month!

I am just making my 5th trial payment tomorrow. The first 3 I had to do my certified cashiers check (mailed to FLA) then they started allowing me to do it over the phone with the 4th and subsequent payments. Go figure

I called today, the rep didnt say much. But, he said my final paymente would be larger than my trial due to the balance and could not give me anymore info...that it "was good" I made another payment (5th)and I should call weekly for udates with something more defitive in the next two weeks. I am really hopefull he saw something positive about my case.

Sounds promising Art4ari.........I am praying for you that your mod comes thru soon...you may have a fed ex show unexpectedly with the docs..wouldn't that be nice.............
