Anybody worked with Dunn Russell? They do attorney-based loan mods. I'm talking to them now about getting CHASE to modify my 2nd mortgage that CHASE refuses to do at my request. I'm looking for someone who they have helped (or failed to help). Any stories out there?

Read different threads. You will find thousands of homeowners here trying to get loan modifications on their 1st and 2nd mortgage..
