Chase Executive office call / will help?

I have yet to see one positive thing said here about what was wamoo.Now Chase I get a call from the executive office today. I was blunt and honest,CA is in bad shape, I am a carpenter scraping to feed and keep the lights on.
I was told that Web sites like this are the reason no one asks for help and there are alot for multiple fraud money buyers making money on lowball homes and renting them.
He also said that the ratio was 10k helped to 1k not and these sites are where the scammer's are looking to make money off of a crisis situation.
I told him that Chase had the worst record for helping anyone, period.
His response was we want to help you, without alot of red tape,they see thatI had a good credit rating and now bad. I told him I have a permanent condition ruining my ability to work in construction with my DR's proof and MRI scans.
I line of lies? Feel good for a day? Lower my blood pressure and maybe save my marrage? My girls will suffer the most, we all see what it does.
I was presented to my door a packet / very simple and short buy a ex crane opperator. I talked to him for 1/2 hr during a bad storm, it seemed unreal to me but he opened up his life and started crying in front of me about his situation?
I have a sort of carisma that makes people feel comfortable even though I am tall and broad built. He get 58.00 for every envelope he delivers, he is treated like a debit collector and he just want's people to call that are WAY behind 3 month's or more. After this mass mail we did to Chase CEO, I get a response I have no reason to pay what I can not afford. I did say I was willing to try to make $ work if they will compromise, not me, them.
Now they are changed over, who knows maybe they will get on the ball and help? I will keep you posted and I did not warn him that I will post his # if he is a failure. If he is a winner I will post it also.

Let's see how the final changeover works, I see clouds.

Funny how the chase rep said websites like this one cause homeowners not to call in for help.

Hmm last time I checked, this website has helped more homeowners than the banks themselves have helped.

Every post you see are homeowners who want to keep their homes but the banks could careless.

Just goes to show you that all these bank reps are clueless to what the real world is dealing with.

I had a rep tell me I should just file BK on all my other debt so I can keep my condo. I asked her, would you file BK just so you could keep your house, after a pause, she said NO...

I understand why the rep said web sites like these have caused people not to call for help. You must realize that those of us on this forum that are sharing our experiences are "fighters". Everybody is not like this. This forum can be very discouraging and if you aren't a "fighter" you wouldn't bother to get into the ring with Chase. I bet for everyone on this forum who is fighting, there are probably 10 -20 who see what we are going through and are defeated before they even start.

I understand that only a very small percentage of homeowners in trouble actually go through steps of trying work things out with the mortgage company. As you can see, it take some persistence, patience, faith (and a lot of faith), and organization to get through it. How many people do you know that have these qualities?

Me, Myself and I ?
I am a fighter even with the Giant corporations, I did without a attourney recently over Pergo Flooring, I installed thier product with a 25 year fading warranty that faded in my kitchen nook to a yellow rather than the beechwood look. I persisted with Lowes and Pergo on this special order item , 1000 sq' of flooring 4500.00 in materials alone.
I was told by my wife that I was wasting my time and for it. One month ago I recieved 4500.00 in a cash refund Lowes & Pergo. I felt that was good enough. I had to refuse deal's offered before they finally gave me my money back. My reciept faded for the purchase so that made it a faded issue for real. I will never buy it again, it used to be made in Sweden and was a good product, now Canadian made and absolute junk after it sold out.
Our battle here is for much more than flooring, I am willing to slug em as hard as I can, and believe me they deserve every punch. Dont get your hopes up, it is just a post I am going to let you know about. I also want you to know that I will post his contact info here if he is a liar, I am now going to put my full name at the bottom of this page. I dont care who reads my post's. Jails are full of thug's, if this web site gets me there then we have a freedom of speech problem!
