Arlyn

Back when you were dealing with getting a tracking number and your documents....it was Carla that you dealt with that ended up getting things going, right? Just wondering if you handled that via email, or if you talked to her on the phone.

We are so upset tonight. Still nothing. No one knows when we'll get the documents. The guy on the phone this afternoon even said it may be only a trial mod....we've been told permanent for WEEKS now. This makes me sick. We have no idea what is going on.

A couple of exec team people have told us to send our payment Nov. 1st even if we don't have docs yet. Not sure about that.

So sorry to hear that you are upset. Please sit back and take a breath. It was Carla Brantly I dealt with...but, she's not responding to emails....think they got the word, nothing in writing by emails.. See my post online.

What I would do is to contact Anne Stankowicz by email. Tell her that customer service or another group gave you her contact info. Send it on Sunday night so it is towards the top of her email list. In the subject line, put Departmental Misdirection....gets their attention.

Write your facts down and ask for help. Provide all your contact info. She will get you to the right person to help. Anne is an Executive Assistant up in Mr. Dimon's office.

Rachel, again, please try to be calm. If you must, have a good cry. Take a shower, get some sleep knowing that we are all here for you and your family. Sit down tomorrow and write your email. Thanks so much Arlyn. And thanks for your own email address...I'm going to email you over the weekend!

I have an email in to Carla already.....will send one to Ann first thing Monday morning...or maybe late Sunday, like you said. That way it's there when she checks first thing on Monday.

Ugh. I always hope for good news on Friday's to help get us through the weekend. I hate when it's bad news on Friday's and nothing can be done until Monday.
