Hi:

Quick recap have made 7 HAMP trial payments still waiting on perm. When I called yesterday for my every other day follow up routine I was told a person named "John" no last name available has had my file since 10/09 on 10/20 he opened up a ticket to research my escrow account anyone heard of this? I have always had an escrow account and everything is current.
Any thoughts?

That is weird, sounds like a stall tactic to me. Did you ask for John's contact information?
