I received a FedEx package saying my loan was modifiyed. 2% 1-5 year 3% 6 year 4% 7 year 4.87% 8-40 year Ballon payment of 30,200 due at time of sale, refi or on the maturity date. Just have to sign and and get noterized and back in by the 3rd of November. Still trying to find out if I can skip my 6th trail payment. I really hope I can but I dont think so. Its weird...I just called loss mit today about the "we don't have all your docs" thing again (2 in 4 days) and they said to ignore it and that they had every thing they needed.......why didn;t she mention that I was approved? Tears of Joy!!! I just hope its true. |

I will be calling loss mit again tomorrow when they are open to get an answer on that. I really hope I dont have to. I had to not make any other payments to creditors last month just to make this up coming trial payment on Nov 1st. |

And if I pay the escrow that is owed up front instead of stretching it out for 5 years the payment would be even lower. I am going to dig up the money to pay the escrow. I have been waiting since last November for this. I still can not believe it. I am in shock. I wish every one out there luck!!!!! |

Not sure if I should keep making it, or stop paying it to maybe wake them up. I thought I had read somewhere that I do not need to make any more than 3 per the guidelines, but the correspondence I received says in BOLD letters, "continue to make your trial payment!" |

SO I just made my 6th payment. Dec. 1st I get to start making my new payments......I asked them if I still had the 15 day grace period that was on the old loan and they could not answer that. |

I just completed my 3 months trial on the MHAP and when I called Chase to follow up they said they have all the documentation and the file has been forwarded to their supervisor for approval. Does that sound correct to you? I thought we would be assigned an analyst/underwriter first but the rep said no, it just takes 30-45 days for the supervisor to approve it and then I'll be getting the package in the mail. Of course from what I've read in this forum it doesn't seem to be the case. |

MHAP, I completed trial end of July, and on 8-5 wa told my mod would be made permanent and to "call back if I don't have something in the next few weeks". Well, 3 months later, 3 payments later, and after receiving and sending back more "your modification is at risk" packets, nothing. Still on trial. I hope your experience is better than mine. |
