Chase has 1st Trial Mod Payment and Signed Paperwork, NOW WHAT HAPPENS??? - Loan Modification Forum

So, now what? No notification that they received it (except my tracking number info). Got it on the 10/17. Sent a request for info from my Negotiator, but now non-response, as is her boss. Will wait and see if I hear anything by noon today. If not, write up the line as our negotiator was to change as well at this juncture.

Such a game.

Now you wait and follow up with them every week to see if you need to resend any docs. This could take a very long time. I am approaching trial payment number 7.

Every month send the payment and call and follow up to see if they received it check on line in account history you should see your posted payment there.....they won't apply it to your account (reduced payment) until there is enough to make one full payment and then you will see that post in account history thats what I check every month print it out for your records.....its pretty much a wait and see game every month..and its going to be a long road I am making my 4th trial and just received 4 more coupons and have been told I am extended until Jan 2010 because of the backlog....sorry to say I do see them going at any faster pace what do they care it's not their home on the line..

You will likely need to send docs again and again until your file goes to an underwriter. (which usually takes months)
