I called in early October and was told I was sent to underwriting. At this time I do not know what the outcome will be, however when we were sold the loan I was paying 60% of take home to cover the mortgage, taxes, yada yada. The house has $190k outstanding, unfortunately the house that shares my back fence (which is a little larger and nicer than mine) is currently languishing on the market for $140k. Nice. So, here it is..either Fannies Mae aided by the Chase folks get the old payment to $800/mo or we walk. I will post as new developments arise. |
