I just spoke to the asset manager (third party local realtor) for Chase's REOs and explained to him that there was no due process in my case, that we both have a Califorina DRE license and know that due process was RE 101! He said, he has seen it quite a bit lately, that people will be in the middle of a loan mod or short sale, and someone just drops the hammer and sells the property right out from underneath them! So, since Chase got the government bailout money, do they think they are above any laws now? And, I guess the new protocol is to just do whatever they want, whenever they want? I mean they are "too big to fail", right? The problem is definately a two edged sword, because if they are sued, they will have to pay out with taxpayer money, right? This is a really bad situation. |
