Does chase have a way to see the documents you have sent in online - Loan Modification Forum

I am actually trying to help my sister i have bank of america hopefully just got my mod through naca. But my sister who was way ahead of me in this process has completed her third trial payment through chase and just got a letter saying they are missing paychecks and other stuff I know on bank of america website you can look at docs they have recieved wondering if chase has same system Thanks

Thats a good question, I wonder if most lenders use the same sort of program to check on status..

I've never seen anything on the Chase site that looks like what it seems you all can see on BofA. but then again I don't have a mod yet, so maybe things are different with people who have mods? Even so, the way these guys work you have to send the docs to everyone and their brother or sister anyway. The chase people told me I have to send in new paystubs every 30 days while they are looking at a mod. First time in 9 months I've heard that.
