Waiting on FedEx...and waiting - Loan Modification Forum

After months of "approval" but no trial loan docs I was told yesterday they would be here by Friday. I have heard this before...My assigned loan rep has not returned my calls in over a week. Now I am left just talking to whoever answers the phone. Can I ask for a new rep? Also e-mailed Jamie Dimon and got a standard response saying that someone would contact me soon. Hmmm, we'll see about that I guess.

If you mean this Friday, wait until Friday. If you do not have them in your hands by Saturday, email first thing Monday to this assistant below. She helped me with the very same issue. Got the papers resent, got a tracking number (ask for one) and got the papers within 2 days!

By the way, who is/was your negotiator?

Thank you BobandAryln for the information I will definitely use that e-mail if FedEx does not arrive by this Saturday. My loan negotiator is David Gagliano. Still no word from him after many messages. I was also told by David's office that they won't give out e-mail addresses anymore because e-mail "is not binding." Sounds to me like they just don't want a papertrail. So, I have no e-mail for my negotiator.

Chase promised us the same in August, then again in September, and probably would have again this month if we hadn't started with NACA. Still haven't had promised communication from them either, so I'm thinking it's just luck of the draw either way. Good luck!
