Signed Trial Modification Package Due Dates

Chase Trial Modification Package with Bob's signature and first payment is to be RECEIVED by Chase BY 10/18/09. However, with that being a Sunday, will the package be late and voided if SENT BEFORE the 18th but RECEIVED on the 19th?

Also, in the checklist for return documents, they only are asking for ONE COPY of the SIGNED Trial Plan. Is that normal? Don't they usually ask for both so that IF they sign and IF they return the DULY signed Trial Mod package, Bob would have an original signed version for his records?

Arlyn - make an extra copy of the plan and sign them both. Write a letter asking for their signature on the second copy and for them to send one with their signature back to you.

As far as the other, I'd overnight it tonight if you are worried.....

Thanks Caldwell. Husband out of town until later this evening. Worried about making FedX. Hope Chase accepts on Saturday! Cost more, but gotta do it.
