Its not my permanent mod. Its a request for all of my documents again!

Just called them, guess what. Their systems are down!

LOL. Anymore this whole loan mod thing seems to be a huge prank on all homeowners! At least the package came and it isn't still floating around in the mystery mail pool anymore

This is all by design and has been from day one. Delay, delay, delay, delay, delay and delay some more and then a loan mod if you haven't gone away by then.

Simple foreclosure business plan to not break the banks and pretend like they are truly helping. Sinister, ain't it?

I received a permanent mod under HAMP after submitting my documentation one time and making my trial payments. So, what do you think it is? Are they randomly picking people to modify and just stringing every one else along?

Oh yeah....and I always love the classic excuse of "our system is down". It was "down" for OVER 2 MONTHS for us. Crazy goats. Whatever. Just an easy way of saying "don't bug us right now"

Smit same thing happened to me. If I get one more "Your Modification Is At Risk...." letter by Fed-Ex I'm going to go batty. I can't tell you how many times I've sent in the same stuff.

Yes, just sent in my Trial Mod today. It is a document distribution center:

I found that the telephone number is in the SHIP TO address and I called today. No. 303-226-8182 is the telephone # and the last 4 digits on mine was 6005 which was the extension. THEY WERE SHOCKED when I called!

I was calling to see if they accept FedX on Saturdays....ONLY IF THEY ARE WORKING OVERTIME! Didn't want to take the chance that my package would be considered late when due on SUNDAY. Couldn't get an answer...even from Exec level!!!

Even more surprising (happily) as I recall it is a FHA-HAMP which seems to usually have more problems than even regular HAMP.

But Rollertom was lucky to have the right situation for it to work.

I got one of those "Modification at risk" letters fed ex to me a week or so ago but I had just faxed it in 2 days before as I was instructed (pays stubs, utility bill, and last months bank statement). It also have coupons for 3 more trial payments. Im getting ready to make 5th payment. I called in this am to check on it. The guy said my file showed they have everything received which is rare.
I also got a letter today from the trustee who was handling notice of sale way back in May (sale was stopped back when they offered me HAMP trial on May 22) saying they had been informed I was working with Loss Mitigation in a "work-out" program.
I dont know what to think of all this and I wont do a cheer or breath easy until the "fat lady sings".
