My life has turned upside down over the last year. I was recently raped in my home by a Chase banker in the Chicago area and I don't know what to do?

To be honest, you are all rape victims. Most of you sit on this forum like a confused woman after she has been raped and victimized. This is the rape of the American people.

Do you all understand that you have been raped and screwed illegally? Do you know that if you made a stand, millions more would also not get raped? And it would not include violence or a revolution on the streets.

I would like to disclose to the forum that I am an ex-Wall Street Banker with a very intimate knowledge of how this mortgage and foreclosure crisis unfolded. I am a man with homeowner and investor blood on my hands. One who is willing to turn a banking cheek and join your fight as long as the fight is strong and with purpose.

The reason I had joined your community is because I have been studying what Moe writes and am on the same page. Especially with his new forums and more intelligent format to discuss the real issues. He couldn't be anymore right and Wall Street anymore scared.

Would you all accept me into your community?

I found out about Moe and his blogs about a year ago. A banking friend of mine would send them to me and because they would scare the shit out of us bankers. We would email them back and forth to discuss the implications of what he was bringing to public light.

These stories could put many of us in prison and his websites have more possible defendants, AKA you all, than any other website that we know of.

Yes, this forum is that powerful, but most of you just don't get it.

I have been reading Moe's blogs for a long time and I believed he was a total nut job. This guy was always playing the blame game and we hated that. Blaming the banks and sticking up for the irresponsible borrowers who dint read their contracts.

I was one of the elite homeowners with an 800 FICO score, who hated the homeowners who got a subprime mortgage because I didn't and did everything I thought was right.

Now, fast forward to a year later.

Guess what everyone? I now am one of the desperate homeowners trying to get help to save my home. My most beloved credit score that I had worked my whole life to protect and cherish is gone. My job at JPMorgan Chase has been wiped out.

I thought I did everything right. Had the home with a real picket fence that I bought responsibly with 20% down, 5.5% fixed for 30 years, 401k valued at $250k plus and a job people would kill for these days.

I was the perfect banking little choir boy. Molded from a young age by my well to do father, private schools and great education. Now, my home is 20% underwater, I cant afford my mortgage and my $401k is worth $60,000.

I feel I raped myself, if one can imagine that?

Homeowners need to understand that the corporate media is owned by banks and these news anchors are paid puppets for the elite class. The thinkers who grow up and work in this elite world understand our boundaries and places on the street.

We are of Wall Street and you all are of Main Street.

The great divide that your stupefied minds by our secret media controls, just cannot comprehend. Please do not take offense to that, but read my words. Think and then smell some of that bailout coffee. Smells like crap, right?

Can I ask you all one simple question?

Why are you all just running around like chickens with your heads cut off, when you can unite as one and be the mightiest force in the nation?

Moe has mentioned this before. It would be so simple because so many of us are experiencing the same abuses and lies. Imagine 10,000, then 100,000 to 1 million homeowners protesting the banks daily. Social media, twitter, this website, mass rallies across the state weekly.

WTF people! What do we have to lose now sine we are losing everything and they aren't going to help. We might as well take them down with us for the fraud they have committed on the American people.

Here is my plan:

1. Boycott all large banks and place money in community banks
2. Stop paying on all debt. Mortgage, credit cards etc. Except our cars, we need those people.
3. Do our part daily, weekly in monthly in targeted protest online and ofline againts banks to expose their abuses

When I chose my name and this post title, it was because of what I saw on TV last night and it fit the crime. The word is offensive to some and I am sorry, but that is not the meaning I intended for what has happened to us as homeowners ohhhdear. In no way am I making light of any terrible things that may have happened to someone.

So, I welcome you with reservations. What you say sounds good about uniting but that takes time and won't help most of us going through our hell now. Can't you give specifics to some of these people posting that would really help them, names, e,mails or tell them best how to approach their lenders to get the help. Case in point I have lost one rental, short selling another if I can get it through. Trying to work with WElls fargo on my second home to get a modification so i can save it from foreclosure and get it rented to cover the payment - they are a disaster to work with.
Trying to get my principal residence modified to a fixed rate with First Federal but they won't play either. Lost my job, still have some rental income coming in but no where to turn. Try giving me and others specifics of how to deal with WElls fargo. If that works perhaps we can be more apt to welcome you here.

I like your ideas and I believe that you are right on track. We here on Loansafe all need to ban together as one to fight back against these lenders and the government for what is right! My father Moe has actually brought this subject up recently and I'm sure he would love to get in on this conversation. Right now I believe that you came here not to bash homeowners, but to help us all realize that we need to join together as ONE because that is the only way we can get these lenders and the governments attention!

We have sent letters to the Jamie and of course they are all filtered to his "people", we know the media is all owned by them as well. Since you are an insider, I would be happy to send a personal email to Mr. Dimon. Getting a lawyer to take on something of this magnitude is pretty tough as you would be well aware.

I also work for a large company, not mortgages or banking, but a large one none the less. Often times we are sold a bill of goods that would "benefit" our customers through our products and / or services only to find later...they were wrong, but here I am on the front lines with mr customer picking up the pieces. I understand that as well and I know how it feels when you think you are doing a great thing for your customer...to only find out you were a pawn.

Thank you Jillian. We were pawns and our clients were also. Just a sick corporate game. Now that I am now out of the darkness, I can see the light.

The tips I can offer are that Moe, the FBI and Michael Moore are right. This was a crime of mass proportions committed by banks, insider knowledge, collusion and fraud. You are the victims.

RH, as long as you are not trying to feed us a bunch of BS then welcome! Having encouraged everyone to stop paying everything but car payments, I'm thinking that you may just be sincere...what kind of idiot bigshot working for a banking institution would give THAT kind of advice? I've often thought that if we could get the kind of numbers together that attend the Save the Dream events, and go do a mass demonstration, then maybe that might attract enough attention to start the wheels spinning in the appropriate direction. The question then becomes how to get adequate "word" out since our "reliable" and "unbiased" media will suddenly have something more important to cover I'm sure.

Most people are scared of losing their homes and the stability that goes along with that, especially when you have children involved. My family is blessed enough to have more than one option, however many families do not.

There are many areas where I flat out do not agree with Michael Moore...however this is one case where I emphatically agree with him. It does not matter what your political views are because we are all in the same boat up sh!t creek together. I also agree with you...the only way that we will be able to collectively exit said vessel is to work as a group. Whether or not that will happen in any of our lifetimes unfortunately remains to be seen. I would like to think that it would, however there are so many people who have been taught that it is better to "pass the buck" to someone else rather than carry it themselves (because it is just easier) that I don't think any of us can be certain of it. Which really sucks for the rest of us who would like the opportunity.

Just my two cents, for what it's worth....apparently not nearly as much as it was a couple of years back.
