You are exactly what we need to help expose the crime Wall Street has comitted. Not only did I get raped, I got raped over and over again. I've been with this forum since the beginning. I lost my home, I knew I couldn't afford their bull "modification" they offered me. Few months passed and I got served with a lawsuit over $130k from the PMI company, (rape #2). The mortgage company never lost a penny!

I had no recourse, I didn't have the money to fight the lawsuit. We created the best strategy we could to recover from our raping. My husband quit his job, six months later filed for a chapter 7 BK and just got discharged. Now I can finally sit back and try to recover, but I'm traumatized, I wait every day for the latest and greatest. What will they do to me now?

Let's fight this. Call them out. I will never have any debt other than car loans again. Keep up the posting, we need people like you to help us.

No offense to you ********b02, but do you honestly feel that getting yet another new email address is going to magically make someone's modification appear? Haven't we all called and emailed and faxed to so many different ones and still end up with the same result? Yes, there are some peeps at the banks who are friendlier to work with, etc, but the bottom line comes down to whether the applicant is able to afford the modified payment or how likely they are to carry it in the long run. You could call and email a thousand different people at the bank and unless your situation has changed, the outcome will still be the same. I'm not saying that errors on the bank's end don't occur, we've seen lots of that like incorrect income, etc, but to think that just asking a different person will magically change the outcome is ludicrous (unless of course the strategy is just to keep buying time by intentionally hanging it up in the system). Now I know, some people have gotten better offers when working with a different negotiator and that could very well be tied to how experienced that person is with doing them. It seems the way a loan can be modified is as great as the variety of ice cream flavors at a Baskin Robbins! But truth is, you have to hit the "sweet spot" to demonstrate that you are a good candidate for a modification...knowing what that sweet spot is, is the real challenge. Pull every penny from your bank accounts if you bank with a national bank -- GO LOCAL. If 20,000 of us did it over a weeks' period of time, um, yes, someone would notice. Can anyone think of a common slogan we can put on the back of our car windows to get the word out? It has to be professional, as those of us that have been fortunate to keep our jobs need to maintain them.

Stop paying your mortgage and credit cards. Most of us are already not paying the mortgage and alot of us have stopped paying credit cards as well.

The name of the game is mortgage fraud? I get that, and don't be frustrated with me . . . give me a computer and I can do alot of things . . . but I am missing a law degree and wouldn't know what to tell a lawyer I want to sue over. I am sure there are a list of items, but someone has to explicitly spell it out for me. . . what am I going to sue BofA for? At this point, it's not about winning for me, it's about suing over something that will make the bankers itch for months. Maybe helping my neighbor.

The answer is to sue the bankers and make them reduce our interest payments and principle on our mortgages to true market value. Just like they received trillions for bad assets, also know as you home and loan. We will unite under one umbrella and demand the same.

This was premeditated bu the Federal Reserve and a select few banking families. We can prove collusion and premeditation. They knew exactly what was going on and I think, with ALL your help, we can prove it. All it takes is American willing to take their cases to court like they have in Kansas and Ohio.

What I want to do is start an "Investigation Group".

Main Street Investigations will be a secret brain trust group that shares intelligence to go to consumer warfare against the banks. I will post these ideas here later.

I mentioned a few simple things we can do in the meantime and that is how simple we need to keep it. These bankers aren't that smart and the crimes were committed right before our eyes.

I mentioned before about Jamie Dimon when he was at Citi and he helped create the Credit Default Swap. The birth of securitized credit. From loans to mortgages. This was where the fraud happened and they knew it. As mentioned it was an inside job by a select few families and Jamie Dimon is their Hench man via the JP Morgan and Rothschild's family and the Fed.

How did Dimon and Chase just magically avoid a lot of subprime investing and had insider knowledge? Did you know that the same thing happened in the 1930's, same bank and families came out on top as every other bank lost?

This is not coincidence and a lot will have top be subpoenaed if we can get these cases in court. My guess is 100,000-500,000 homeowner lawsuits would be settled out of court. We would bring class lawsuits against every lender that is still in operation and mortgage servicer who are holding the stolen and fraudulent loot.

Instead of paying mortgages and pursuing crappy loan mods, we go for their jugulars and accept nothing less that fair and proper treatment.

The county has $5.4 billion in swaps on its books - the most of any county in the U.S. Jefferson County said it couldn't make its $84 million interest payment on Oct. 1. JPMorgan and other creditors gave it a month to come up with a plan to rework its debts.

In "The Banks That Fleeced Alabama'' (September 2005), Bloomberg Markets Magazine reported that JPMorgan overcharged the county by $45 million on its derivative deals.
The interest rate Jefferson County must pay on its bonds jumped as high as 10 percent in February from about 3 percent two months earlier.

Clarence Arnold, who lives in Birmingham on $738 a month from Social Security, worries that people like him will wind up paying the bill.
"It's going to end up in our hands. It always does."

The county paid JPMorgan and a group of banks $120.2 million in fees for derivatives that were supposed to protect it from the risk of rising interest rates.
Those fees were about $100 million more than they should have been based on prevailing rates.
JPMorgan and seven other banks in the deals were left holding most of the bonds after credit markets froze in early 2008. The banks asked to get paid back with county tax money or higher sewer fees. Such proposals caused a public outcry.

JP Morgan Chase & Co. is the target of a federal investigation into practices in the municipal swaps business.

4. In the midst of the Wall Street collapse, JPMorgan and Jamie Dimon (CEO and President of the US Financial Services Round Table) JP Morgans Chase Bank ´s chief executive officer, have stood as pillars.

a. The Federal Reserve bailed out a tumbling Bear Stearns (which was, in fact, solvent!!!) in March, as the U.S. Treasury pledged $29 billion to Dimon's firm to cover losses.

Criminal Investigation
The muni derivatives unit has become snarled in the largest-ever criminal investigation of public finance by the Department of Justice.
Prosecutors have informed at least five former JPMorgan derivative bankers that they're targets in an investigation of whether banks conspired to overcharge local governments.


5. In April 2002, Philadelphia International Airport got $6.5 million from JPMorgan.
In June 2008, the interest rate on the floating-rate bonds the airport issued surged to 7.2 percent from 1.8 percent the week before
Based on prices at the end of September, termination would cost Philadelphia about $24.4 million, according to the city. That's almost $20 million more than what it received in 2002.

6. In September 2003, Butler Area School District got $730,000 from JPMorgan.
The bank made $894,000 at the same time.

The district alleged that JPMorgan to hide the fees and push the district into an unfair trade. As of mid-October, JPMorgan hadn't filed a court response.
In July, JPMorgan told the school district it would exercise the option on Oct. 1. That would lock the district into potentially huge interest rate increases. So the district paid JPMorgan $5.2 million to walk away, seven times more than the bank paid it in 2003.

Washington turned down a request for help.
