Anyone else get a "Quality Control" call from Chase? - Loan Modification Forum

My husband just took a call from Chase...he said it was very weird...their quality control department was following up to see how our process was going. Huh??? SLOW!!!

He did confirm that we are setup for a permanent mod....he said our papers should be with closing. My husband questioned why we just got our mha trial papers back signed from Chase this week (we signed and sent them back in May) and he just stated that they are very backed up. Maybe they should move some "quality control" people to closing to help with that problem:-)

The only reason that we could think of for the call was to reconfirm that we live at our address based on the phone number??? Too weird...just curious if anyone else got this same call???

i went on the hamp trial payments september they have called twice
since

yesterday they called to get updated paper work
and things i sent they dont have of course
