I can't even get a statement!

We haven't received a statement from Chase since last year when we started this mess.

Before that, we received a monthly statement.

We would like to see exactly how much in default we are.

We've asked for one a couple of times and they just tell us that all those numbers will be included when we get our mod package (supposedly within the next week)....or they just tell us over the phone how far behind we are.

We would like an actual statement showing how far behind we are.
How do we get one??

Also, our account access online has not been showing since we completed our forbearance in June. Has anyone else had this problem?

No, we have been getting our statements even though we are now 5 months behnd its been showing the normal stuff and the trial payments that were put into the suspense account and then it showed when there was enough in trail payments to make a normal payment it also showed where they went ahead and paid the property taxes at the end of AUgust....it would seem there is no reasoning why they do what they do some get statements and some don't......some they continue to loose their paperwork and others never have to resend...........I don't understand it for the life of me.......and this is a major corporation?????????

We don't get statements either but I can go online and view my account. They also make a couple of regular payments with our trial payments.

We have not gotten a written statement since we first fell behind about 9 months ago. We have also not been able to see any account information on line either. When I asked Chase about it they said they did not know when we would be able to see anything.

I was told once when I called that I would need to call and request statements be sent after I get the permanent mod, but I filed bankruptcy so he said that is why I no longer received them. I hate to see what mine would look like

I did not receive statements or have online access while I was fighting to have the trial period completed..once they sent me those docs and we were officially on a plan, we started receiving statements again and had online access ever since.

I have been denied access to online stmts, and when I called told they would not generate ANY while I am behind, as well as not creating ANY for the past months. YGTBSM

Hi Rachel:

I have not got a statemnt since April when i started the MHA trial plan.
I can not access my first online. I have placed multiple written requests asking for such info all ignored. In some of the Chase letters i have gotten it says I may or may not receive statements. I wonder what they are paying themselves as for as servicers of these loans if not providing accountings to us.

OK, we may have made some progress.

I checked our online account and all of a sudden I can access everything there. This is brand new...we haven't been able to access that for months. So that is good to see exactly where they applied our forbearance payments, etc.
We called our executive team person and she was surprisingly very kind today. Usually she is annoyed that we are calling her. She said she will put in for a letter to be sent to us with the requested information and once she receives it she will fed ex it to us (no time frame, but we'll be calling again in a week if we don't have it).
