rollertom Senior Member Join Date: Feb 2009 Posts: 80 Nominated 0 Times in 0 Posts TOTW/F/M Award(s): 0	Chase Mod, Escrow Surplus I just received my statement that says I have a Escrow surplus of almost $2000 and I would receive a check by end of month unless I am behind (which because of this mod it most likely does look like I am behind) Do I have to start making my new modified payments to get this surplus check? Thanks
