Still here.....STILL waiting on that paperwork. Talked to our Executive Resolution Team person today. She confirmed again that everything is approved for a permanent and the paperwork should be on it's way soon, though it hasn't been shipped yet.
She did say she will call US with a tracking number once it's shipped. I would fall off my chair if that happened But hopefully it does

I also recieved a email from his office the gal I recieved the email from said they were going to be contacting me within the next 4 day's.
I was sent the bogus package deal and backed out, I am playing hard ball. No Money if I get No results. I am in financial meltdown, playing games with the daily dialers from chase if a waste. It takes more years off of my live than any cigarette could do. I quit 4 years ago and do not want to feed the feds with tobacco taxes and smell like I used to.

hi,

just spoke with my niece. she is in a trial mod with chase. she has been trying to modify since january. after many frustrating months of "runaround" and repeated calls their monthly was dropped from $4800 per month to $2600 since August. She said they intentionally missed a few payments as a representative from chase told her to be in default inorder to get a mod. I told her about this site to post her success when it's finalized, hopefully.

Anyway, stay positive and focused. It was nice to hear that perserverance prevails.....keep fighting!!!

Reason i am asking is i too emailed jamie dimon and got an email from the so-called executive team in columbus two weeks ago and have not heard from her since. i have sent her 3 or 4 emails last week-oct 12-16, 2009 and have heard nothing from her.

I emailed Jamie Dimon in new york, and the next day i get an email from a so-called Chase Executive Team in columbus, Ohio. I have only emailed her and she emailed me two weeks ago but i did not hear anything else from her. I live in Ohio that is probably why I got the team in Columbus. I was just wondering how your experience went with your executive team or if you already posted about it and did you get any real result.

Our issue with getting a tracking number took less than 24 hours and receiving the trial mod within 2 days of the tracking #!!

I'm in California and had the person who helped me was from South Carolina so not sure if geography plays a part. So confusing with regards to that.

I have since sent Ms. Brantley questions when my negotiator was non-responsive and got a response and solution within a couple of hours. At worst, I would write to Ms. Brantley to see if she might be able to help you in some way. At least she could get you to your person. Please let us know how it goes.

I also recieved a email after MR Dimon's email, I asked him who are you fighting in the picture with your fists up in shirt and tie?
I figure it is the American people he is fighting, I did not recieve a call, and I do get alot of calls for India,Costa rica, where ever they outsource to.
I am a Bulldog, I will not pay them until they really attempt to contact me with a real deal not a fake rip off one.
I had a guy come up to my garage during a storm in CA last week, he gave me a form to fill out with all info to fill out he said he gets paid 55.00 per form filled out he siad he was a crane operator his wife left him and he is going to loose his home and this was all he could do to make money he started to cry, I told him Chase really is not helping, maybe after this B of A report they may move, I have no reason to live here. I rebuilt this place all but the master bath, its not done nor will I finish it.
I will use the info you have provided above, I am sick of the stress and will not be able to live here with this dark cloud over me.Thanks for the info, you deserve the best after all the hard work and feelings of loss I an happy for you.
