Chase email contact info

I sent an email to my negotiator's boss and got a response that she is out of town until the 21st. An auto response came back to forward questions to this email: gm.bnk.mod@chase.com.

Could that mean "General Manager Bank Modifications?? Anyone know?

That is crazy! Your negotiators out till the 21st... I would send in an email to that address and call in shortly if you do not get a response. Thats a long time for your case to be sitting around..

Actually, it's the negotiator's boss that is out!!! Althought, my negotiator is supposedly moving on and training someone else to take her place.....but, not hearing from her is a sign of bad things to come since she has been responsive before the infamous....."the trial mods on it's way" message I got from her and of course nothing received and no response! Very disappointed, very, very.

The 21st?? A three week vacation?! Nice. Whatever.

If it is a "general manager" email, I'll bet it goes to a "switchboard" type system and filters down from there. Kind of like when we call Mr. Dimon...it's not really him that we get to speak to.
It's worth a shot to send something to it though!

I know this is a long shot but this is what pops up if you do a search in new york for Jamie Dimon,spelled wrong intentionally? Seems like the right area of town???

Guess what? I don't think gm.bnk.mod@jpmchase.com means 'general mail bank mod" as the Negotiator sent a cc to that email in response to my angry email over the weekend about not receiving the trial mod.

So......this may be a good email for someone of 'importance'...???
